NIBL Equity Partners, managed by NIMB Ace Capital Limited, and Incessant Rain Studios have signed a term sheet for an investment in Lost In Mandala, an original animated feature film being developed and produced in Nepal for global audiences. The investment will support the film’s production and related project activities in Nepal.
Established to co-produce Lost In Mandala, Incessant Rain Studios is developing the project together with Lost in Mandala LLC. Through the proposed transaction, NIBL Equity Partners intends to invest up to NPR 100 million with Incessant Rain Studios, subject to completion of definitive agreements and applicable conditions.
“This partnership is intended to boost Nepal’s animation industry and put Nepali Animation in the world map. It also focuses on the importance of supporting original intellectual property with strong global potential. Lost In Mandala represents the kind of ambitious, locally rooted project that can benefit from structured local support as it moves toward production,” said Shivanth B.
