Chaudhary Group (CG), Nepal’s first multinational conglomerate recognized by Forbes Asia, has adopted Talent Connects ATS to streamline and modernize recruitment operations across its diverse business ecosystem.
Established in 1935 by Binod K. Chaudhary, the group currently operates 167 companies and 79 brands across 24 countries, employing more than 13,000 people in sectors including FMCG, electronics, hospitality, education, finance, and telecommunications.
Managing recruitment across such a large and diversified organization posed significant operational challenges, particularly as each business vertical has distinct hiring requirements, recruitment timelines, and workforce demands.
To address these challenges, CG has implemented Talent Connects ATS across all 16 of its major business verticals, including CG Foods, CG Motors, CG Electronics, CG Holdings, and CG Net.
According to the company, the applicant tracking system has helped centralize and simplify recruitment processes while maintaining flexibility for individual business units.
The platform enables multi-country hiring management from a single system, allowing recruitment teams to maintain visibility across different markets and operations. It also integrates AI-powered candidate screening tools to help recruiters identify suitable candidates more efficiently and reduce manual filtering work.
CG stated that the system provides unrestricted access for recruiters and hiring teams across business units, enabling multiple teams to collaborate simultaneously without user limitations.
The ATS platform also includes role-based access controls, ensuring that each business vertical can independently manage its own recruitment activities while remaining connected to a centralized system.
Company officials say the transition has improved coordination between recruiters and hiring managers, helping reduce delays in decision-making and accelerate the overall hiring process.
Beyond operational efficiency, the system is expected to enhance the candidate experience by creating a more organized and professional recruitment journey aligned with the CG brand.
