Hult Prize Nepal, presented by the British Council Nepal and hosted by UBA Solutions Pvt. Ltd., will organize the Hult Prize National 2026 on Saturday, May 9, 2026 (Baisakh 26, 2083 B.S.).
The competition will be conducted in two phases on the same day: a Preliminary Round at Embark College, Kupondole followed by the Grand Finale at St. Xavier’s School, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.
The event is led by National Coordinator Riyaj Nepal, along with Saisha Shrestha as National Community Coordinator.
Over 160 student entrepreneurs from more than 45 colleges across Nepal will compete, having advanced through On-Campus Programs and open applications. Teams will pitch innovative social enterprise ideas aligned with this year’s theme, “Unlimited” focusing on solutions connected to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The national winner will advance to the Hult Prize Digital Incubator and continue through the global pathway, which includes the Global Accelerator and the Global Finals in London.
In 2025, Team Vayudrishti, led by Shrisha Panday from Saraswati Multiple Campus, won the national title with an AI-powered air quality monitoring and purification system, setting a strong benchmark for this year’s participants.
